does the dr970x come with a cable for the rear camera. if not what cable do i use to connect the front and rear camera?

Is the lte module included? is says optional

It is not included. There is an LTE model you can buy which has it built in, if you want it, but the DR970x-2CH does not have it.

Would this kit's second camera make a decent enough interior cabin camera or is an IR camera necessary for recording inside?

It’s 1080p and perfect for recording inside, I’m doing the same!
