In terms of build quality, alarms, motion sensors, night vision, and blah blah blah... it’s a good product. But man, when it comes to the mobile and desktop apps, it really struggles.First of all, it’s a huge pain to connect to the mobile app. And if it unfortunately loses power or disconnects from the internet, it does a lot of drama to get it back online. Also, it lags badly over Wi-Fi. My best advice is to just use a physical LAN cable for the internet—wiring it directly completely fixes the lag.If you are planning to use this in a shop and don’t have an inverter, you absolutely must arrange a power backup for both the camera and the Wi-Fi. You have two options here:Option 1: Connect both devices to a regular desktop UPS. The only thing is you have to keep it on all the time, and it will beep loudly whenever the electricity cuts out.Option 2: Buy a separate mini UPS just for the router and camera. This works silently so it doesn’t give a hint to intruders or thieves that you are still watching them, but it needs some extra wiring and effort to set up.Honestly, I tried both and wasted my money on Option 2. I’m finally happy with Option 1. If that loud beeping during power cuts isn’t a big deal for you, just go with Option 1 and plug in a LAN cable. Save yourself the extra cash and headache!

Honestly, this has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had setting up a device. I still haven’t been able to get this camera online. The app is supposed to find nearby devices automatically, but it never found the camera. It then asked me to scan the QR code printed on the camera. That failed too, and the app told me to connect manually. I tried typing in the device ID printed on the camera, but it still would not connect. The next setup option asked me to reset the camera and hold a QR code displayed on my screen in front of its lens. This is a separate step from scanning the printed code. I tried different phones, a tablet with a much larger QR code, and different distances and angles. The camera simply would not read it. I then connected an Ethernet cable, hoping a wired connection would solve the problem. It still did not connect. The app kept sending me back through the same QR code process that wasn’t working. Even registering an account was frustrating. When I tried using my email address, the app repeatedly said it failed to send the verification code. Unfortunately, I cannot return this product. Basic setup should not be this difficult. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend it.

Decent

Using this outdoor camera since more than a month. It's placed outdoors and working well in all kinds of weather. No issue in rain so far. The camera quality is quite good in HD mode and also records audio. Live streaming of video and audio is very good with good application interface. Supports human detection and tracking to trigger event based recording, saving memory card space. You also get an option to view color video stream at night using the white light option that lits a white led on th camera. The most important feature for which i buy trueview cameras is the RTSP streaming option that allows me to record videos in a different and remote hardware running cctv recording softwares like motion eye.

Pretty good , been using since 2 years as an outdoor terrace camera. No issues thus far, nv is good, software has one decent feature where the vid recording specifically marks human movement so checking recording becomes an easy task. So far no complaints

Not bad. The picture quality isn't up to the mark, but the human detection is good. Can't say it's feature-rich or anything, but it has a decent app that isn't laggy. Connectivity is fine. It gets the job done. Good value for money if priced around ₹3,000. They also provide a CCTV warning sticker along with it, which is a thoughtful touch.

Expectation fulfilled. It was awesome product with great quality.
