Have been using for a few months and I like it :) True non-stick.

I bought the Ninja ZEROSTICK Classic 20cm frying pan on Amazon, and I’m really impressed with the quality. I bought this pan 6 months ago for use on my induction hob. It wouldn't heat up and I put it away. I tried it again when the hob was already hot and it worked well but was less thanideal. Then I read the reviews from other buyers and I only used it when my other pans were not suitable. Last week, I remembered when I bought my first induction hob over 20 years ago when they were a relatively new concept. The salesman who demonstrated it amazed me by boiling a pan of water with a tea towel under the pan! On gas or electric it would have caught fire so it was quite a shock. Anyway, to cut a long story short, I tried it with the new pan and it worked straight away. I really like the little pan and I can now use it whenever I want.

This pan was a good price, and works great. I only really use it for eggs and after a few months, it’s still performing well with the non stick. I use it on induction. I could believe it takes slightly longer to heat up than some other pans, but I’m happy with it.

Excellent pan. I have had this pan for 3 months, I use it most days and it’s one of the best I have had. What I do not do is use one cal spray, these have a chemical in that ruins non stick pans, even very expensive ones. I have a sprayer and use good quality rapeseed oil, just a tiny amount, although it’s not needed to prevent sticking. Also, I haven’t kept it on a very high heat for long, that is what ruined my last few pans (not Ninja, but good quality ones). Brilliant for omelettes and pancakes, I would say the best I have bought.

Yes, it’s a great non stick pan but it’s light (which isn’t always a good thin). It tends to not balance well on my gas hob. The handle broke after & months.
