It taste pretty good, it takes maybe a day or two before you notice a difference, my breath doesn’t stink if I don’t eat anymore and now much of a morning breath, also I notice my gums are a a lot healthier. Taste like a sour apple

what can i say here...is it true that these type of probiotics can really help mitigate dental/gum problems? alls i know is they taste good (i get the apple flavor) when i let the tablet dissolve in my mouth at night after i've brushed my teeth. the results are inconclusive...i guess i'll have to come back after i've had my cleaning appt and let you know.

Absolutely can’t recommend these enough! I’ve had a lot of dental work lately and suspect my mouth microbiome is incredibly acidic. I’ve also had sore gums lately, but let me tell you, these fixed it all right up! They are great quality, very effective in doing what it claims to do, easy to use, the taste and smell are amazing and they seem to neutralize any redness in my gums. They seem to digest easily and feel good in my mouth. You take one after you brush your teeth at night and in the morning if you want. It recommends once or twice a day. These have been incredibly helpful and I plan to buy more! I got the apple flavored and love them! Definitely recommend you give it a try if you suspect your microbiome is off or any infection in your mouth. It also neutralizes bad breath! One of the best purchases I’ve ever made!

The mint flavor is better than the apple. It has a weird taste and it contained flavor which give me a headaches and tummy age. I feel the formula changed little bit. Was hoping to get a more natural with apple one. Disappointed

I'm sure it's probably a good product and it was the accurate product Brand that ordered. My only problem was it tastes disgusting. I ordered the apple flavor because I can't do mint and there was still mint in the apple which I didn't realize and it's a very gross mix of flavors, I just couldn't continue taking it unfortunately.
