Can you just spray it or need to use brush?! If brush any alternative that would allow to apply the product?

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: 1) Mix ¼ Fl. Oz. of Solar Sheen per gallon of water (or 2mL per L). 2) Use a brush or a strip washer to apply to panels. Rinse with a hose or power rinse. For best results, use a PetraTools Backpack Sprayer or a garden hose with a water jet nozzle. 3) Rinse Solar Sheen after application and allow to air dry or squeegee dry.

Will this void manufacturers panels warranty by using this?

You may check it with the manufacturer of the Solar. But Petrartools Solar Sheen is a cleaner to keep your solar clean so I don't think it will affect the warranty of the panel.
