I have had one for the last 4 years but is now spraying oil everywhere out of the muffler? Does anyone know why????

Sometimes they need a tune up or replacement piece.

is there info on changing the heads?

Can you give me more info on what your looking for

Several people have said (broadly) that Echo didn't honor the warranty - specifically, what part of the warranty didn't they honor?

I would still give them another call or contact the place you originally bought it from if not directly from them. It’s worth a try.
