My son also loves this product! All I have to say is that when i started using this product my blood pressure was elevated, not enough for taking medicine yet, however I was having symptoms like short of breath, ocular migraines, dizziness etc... I was in panic. Also, it helped me with my massive bloating at night time it was a nightmare. A month after taking this product along with plant sterols my blood pressure is better than when I was 18. All symptoms gone including my bloating. Bty the taste is so refreshing taking it first time in the morning.

Great tasting!
Excellent quality and dissolves beautifully in room temperature water. Flavor is a subtle orange flavor. Don’t be alarmed if it thickens quickly. I use a full 8 ounces of water and it’s still a little thick but easy to drink. Will definitely continue purchasing the product. Very happy with this product.

Perfect addition to any diet
It works well with my diet, I don’t have to snack at night. I just drink a glass full and my stomach and brain are fooled into thinking I’m full.

Not as effective as the non-artificial versions
While I found the ingredients to be cleaner than the typical brand version (no artificial colors), this product does not work nearly as effectively. If anything, it made the digestion of my family members far worse. I do not recommend it. With any of these type of products, one must drink sufficient water so as not to compound the problem. In this case, maintaining water intake did not make a difference in terms of its effectiveness.

Great product
This product does exactly what it's supposed to do. You do have to mix it and drink right away or it will get thick and hard to swallow rather quickly. But that is what it's supposed to do, it is the "bulking" type fiber. It has a pleasant, non artificial taste. I bought this because I was looking for an alternative to Metamucil, without the prop 65 lead warning. It works well and good price.

Too Sweet
This product is way too sweet for me. I wish they would make it with less stevia. I saw reviews saying it is not too sweet which is why I purchased it, I disagree. I've tried straight psyllium in water but that is horrible and doesn't mix well. Still trying to find a decent fiber supplement that is clean.
