No you’ll need a full suspension lift with these I did. A 4” suspension on a 2018 Silverado and they just fit perfectly anything less of lift would not work

Sure they will, if you buy the right size, first of all do you have 22" rims, if you do then they will fit your rims, I would doubt that a 35" tire would fit on a stock height vehicle, have you installed a lift kit of any kind, if you have maybe they will fit, very good tire by the way, looks good and rides great, I will buy again, I don't own a Jeep so couldn't tell you much more than that.
