Easy rice clean up.
Good quality and doesnโt stick with rice which is why we got it. Easy clean up. Seems to be scratch resistant. We would buy again for sure.

Official instant pot product
This is an official replacement product, the fact that it is ceramic non-stick helps a ton when I'm making rice or Indian food. It's not noticeably heavier than the original stainless. I haven't tested it with the saute function yet, but I have a feeling it will make browning meat way smoother. I would not recommend using metal tools in it. I think it will scratch very easily. But I can see myself using this way more often than my standard one now.

Love this!
New review after buying the 6 quart inner pot: We also have a 6 quart Cosori Electric Pressure Cooker. I took a chance that this might fit even though it apparently doesn't work in all other EPCs... but it fits, PERFECTLY! So now we have all the benefits of the liner for the 8 quart machine, but for our smaller Cosori cooker. I use it mainly with slow-cooker function. These are SO nice for making bone broth, which can form a ring... but with this any ring that forms cleans out really easily with NO scrubbing. Same with making chili! This liner is also great for slow cooked overnight oatmeal! I still don't use it to sautรฉ anything... for that I use the heavier bottomed stainless inner pot that came with the machine. For pressure cooking there's generally enough steam that the stainless inner pots stay pretty clean. I do my rice as pot-in-pot in a round pyrex dish (equal parts rice and water)... usually the 7 cup one. When we've taken what we need for dinner... the plastic storage lid goes on, and into the fridge... no mess at all -- and the rice is perfect every time! But for those long slow cooks that can leave a stainless pot a bit harder to clean up... the ceramic liner is perfection! Both of these liners were the less expensive items that had been returned to Amazon. In both cases I chose ones which indicated no damage, and in both cases I received pots in perfect condition with the original packing materials (the inner styrofoam to protect the pot's rim) intact. Original review of 8 quart pot: We needed a second inner pot and had planned on buying another stainless pot, but found this one on a good sale because of being returned, so decided to give it a try... and we could not be happier! The ceramic interior is VERY easy to clean. I have noted the photos by people where the ceramic has started to break down on the bottom of the pot... this inner pot does not have the thick bottom disk that is a part of the stainless inner pot. I am also a bit surprised that the outside of this inner pot is also covered with ceramic. It would seem it might hold up a bit better if the outside had been plain metal, with the ceramic only on the inside of the pot. So... I will probably NOT be using this with the sautรฉ function... but for cooking down chicken bones for soup, using with the slow-cooker function, etc --- and with that I am hopeful it will last a long time, as it's just a wonderful addition for our IP!

InstaPot Mini Ceramic Pot is of good Quality & Functionality
Pros: Versatile Use: Works well for pot-in-pot cooking, reheating, and defrosting, fitting perfectly in miniโInstant Pot. A good addition to cook specially rice and other food that sticks to the default stainless steel pot Easy to Clean: Non-stick coating makes clean-up effortless, reducing the risk of food sticking and burning. Durable and High Quality: Sturdy construction, fits well with instant Mini Instant Pot model, and offers excellent performance. Cons: Not Easy to Clean: Initial cooking found it challenging to clean, especially after cooking sticky foods and eventually got better on repeated use with foods with oil. Update :01/02 the non-stick is not that great and food sticks.. If i were to buy again i would go with the original stainless steel pot instead of this nonstick

Great non-stick go too pot... great replacement for the stainless steel.. very pleased
The Instant Pot ceramic non-stick inner pot is Teflon, PTFE and PFOA free from the Amazon ad and verified with the Instant Pot website. The ceramic coating is grey colored. Size is virtually identical to the original stainless steel pot (see pics) in terms of diameter and depth. I am not sure why other reviews noted a size difference. The ceramic is a coated aluminum (I think) pot, so on my electronic scale the stainless pot weights 1 lb 14 oz and the ceramic 1 lb 7 oz. It fits into the Instant Pot regular and Ultra fine with no problems. I use it as my #1 pot and saved the stainless steel as a backup. I've used the pot probably 3-times on average per week for about 8 months. The ceramic coating works very well, cooking or sautรฉing I've had no problems with sticking. Able to use less oil if sautรฉing. Cook time seems to be roughly the same between the two pots, in spite of their weight and composition difference. I don't sautรฉ much with the pot but would guess the stainless pot might take a little longer to get up to top temperature. I have cooked stews and rice with no sticking. Once cooked it can be covered with the Instant Pot glass lid (link below) and kept warm or put into the oven to keep warm, however there are no handles, but the lip helps a little with kitchen gloves to transfer to the over or elsewhere . I use wood or nylon type utensils and have had no problem with chipping or scratching. I have no problems with staining after cooking red beets or curry, but cleaned up after cooking and didn't let sit in colored liquids overnight. Cleaning is easy using pads/sponges made to clean teflon type pans, one can also put the pot in the dishwasher. I have noted the lip on the edge pot has had the ceramic come off. I think this is due to the fastening of the lid to the pot, but again the ceramic on interior and exterior of the pot has remained intact. Overall pleased with this product, so much more easy than the stainless steel pot. If you own an Instant pot, you need this!
The instant pot should come standard with this thing. Almost every time I was trying to pressure cook anything from chili to pasta. It would constantly say that it was burned. Iโd get the hot morning and it was burning. It was burning so bad that it was impossible to clean out. The ceramic insert is the missing piece of the whole puzzle because I havenโt had it burn anything yet not once havenโt had to interrupt a pressure cook nothing itโs perfect!

Switching to the Ceramic Inner Pot: Best Decision for My Instant Pot
I've been using the ceramic inner pot for my Instant Pot, and I couldn't be more satisfied. Compared to the traditional stainless steel inner pot, the ceramic version is much more convenient to use. Food doesn't stick as easily, making it ideal for a variety of cooking methods, especially sautรฉing and slow cooking. One of the best features is how easy it is to clean. Even after cooking stews, rice, or sticky dishes, a quick rinse with warm water and mild detergent is usually enough to get it spotless. Unlike stainless steel, it doesn't require heavy scrubbing, and it maintains a clean, smooth surface without much effort. Overall, the ceramic inner pot has made my cooking experience with the Instant Pot even more enjoyable. It's a great upgrade and highly recommended for anyone looking for better performance and easier maintenance.๐๐๐๐๐

Me gustรณ mucho que el arroz no se pega como en la de acero inoxidable, ademรกs de que me permite hacer dos guisados en poco tiempo, sin necesidad de tener que desocupar la otra olla.

Wish I'd bought it sooner
My rice cooker died so I've been using my instant pot instead but the rice tended to stick to the stainless steel bowl. I bought this and now the rice doesn't stick. 10/10.

Awesome for rice.
In an apartment with limited kitchen space, the Instant Pot has proven to be a fantastic purchase. Pressure cooking and slow cooking tougher meats for use in curries and soups, and rice cooking, all in one device. This ceramic pot is not quite non-stick, but it is way better for rice than using the standard stainless steel pot. We have yet to use it for anything else, but we bought this ceramic pot instead of a good quality rice cooker after our experience with using the Instant Pot for rice. We've only ever had cheap rice-cookers, so a comparison between using an Instant Pot and an expensive ($100 plus) rice cooker is not something I can give you. I can say, however, that the rice we produce from the Instant Pot has a great chewiness that I have never experience in a restaurant. And with the same washing, and then rice to water ratio (1:1), we get consistently great results. I'm sure it's possible to use the "keep warm" option on the Instant Pot, but any additional heat takes the rice too far and it loses the chewiness, so we always take the rice out of the pot after cooking. You don't need to scrub, with a nylon scrubbing sponge, this ceramic pot the same way you do with the stainless steel, food residue lifts off quite easily. And you don't need to use vinegar to remove the white marks that the stainless steel pot has after cooking.
