Anova CulinarySous Vide Precision Cooker Nano 3.0, 800 watts

After hearing about the results sous vide cooking can provide, I've always wanted to give it a try. When I saw the latest version of Anova's precision cooker at a great price, I pulled the trigger. First up was a rib eye. It was better than the steak house and it was SO SIMPLE! Bagged the steak, put it in a pot of water, set the time and temperature using the free version of Anova's app, and two hours later finished on the grill for the best steak I've ever had. Perfectly cooked and fool proof. I've also always wanted to try low and slow cooks like ribs, brisket, and pulled pork, but didn't want the hassle or expense of smokers. My second cook was a brisket flat and it did not disappoint. 48 hour cook set up out of the way in my garage and then on the grill to finish. Now my family and neighbors think I'm some sort of BBQ King. So easy. So good. Thanks Anova!

I don't know how this would handle in a very large container and more than 3 items, but it is excellent for my needs. Heats quickly and holds temp well. Really like the app feature, which is easy to use, but there are no controls on the device itself other than the power light. Easy to clean and store.

This mini will not connect with my Comcast Wi-Fi. I’m not able to change the router, nor should he have to.I’ll try to get it to link with my phone at work, with an IT guy, if not I dunno. Better with buttons I suppose 😡Edit,I was able to get this product to work! We’ve used it 3 times now and its worked perfectly. The meat has beenSuper tender and flavorful. I would recommend this sous vide!! At this point I give it a 5 star review.😎

This has become one of my favorite purchases. It’s so simple to use. I've verified with other thermometers that the temp it is set to, is the temp it is actually providing. If you’re into steaks as much as I am, then this is the item for you.

I really like this!You can't overcook, it takes slow-cooking to the next level. I can meal-prep in freezer bags & cook up dinner, without worrying about getting home in time to turn off the crockpot, or taking 30-45 minutes to cook dinner after work.Literally set it & forget it. I can even check on it through the app.*Make sure the water level is high enough in the pan/container. I have only had 1 time that the sous vide shut off during the day. It was because the water level dropped below the minimum level. It is a good safety feature, but I disappointed myself by not having enough water to cook all the way.Well worth the price ( I got this on sale). It's not loud, just a little hum so you know it's on (I could totally nap in the same room if I had a cot in the kitchen).Seems to keep an accurate temperature, and is easy to use.

Love my Sous Vid. Excellent temperature control, accurate cooking temps, easy to clean, WIFI built in, and easy to operate.
