Secondly, upon closer inspection, I discovered that the printer's ink cartridge cap was open, indicating that the item might have been previously used or mishandled. Moreover, despite purchasing another printer in the hope of receiving a better product, I encountered similar issues. This repetitive problem suggests a systemic issue with the quality of the printers being sold, which is deeply disappointing and frustrating as a customer. In summary, the printer I purchased from your store has proven to be nothing short of a disappointment. The recurring issues of ink leakage and apparent signs of previous use indicate a severe lapse in quality control and customer service standards. It’s good, and prints good quality black & white, as well as, colored printouts. We tried printing a picture on a regular A4 size which was also good. However, as others have said, the HP app is somewhat quite slow and prints kinda slow but good for home printing. The setup was easy after watching step by step guide from YouTube. Maybe inserting the print needles could be a bit of challenge. Overall, great product. Comes with 3 black dyes (XL), and 1 of each colored dyes.

It is a slow printer compared to my previous HP Officejet printer. Printing quality is ok. Setup was a bit tricky though eventually it connected and worked fine. Works only with WIFI 2.4 GHz (not with 5 GHz). Once AirPrint was eventually setup, I was able to use other devices on the network to print without additional setup.

Using almost an year no issues

I m so dissapointed of this HP as I had great expectations! I only used it for few pages to print, it was a very bad connectivity to my laptop or phone, I called HP and they guided me but still at this time my printer doesnt work, multiple time printing get blocked during the process... what can I say, a waste of money for an ilussion great printer.

I like the printer so far the setup was easy. So impressed with the wireless app for this device. As long as the device is connected to the internet. You can print using the app from anywhere. Good Quality prints as well. It works well with Both Windows and Mac

I shopped around quite a bit and ended up with this printer. So far it looks like it will be delivering on everything I hoped for. Quality printouts without breaking the bank. I like the tank system better than ink cartridges. It offers good Linux support and the app on my Android device rounds it off beautifully. I docked one star because of the lack of scanning from Linux, but the web app and the phone app kind off makes up for that. Overall I'm happy with the purchase and will recommending this product to other users.
