Ok, so I’ve bought this twice now because we love them. Got one for my daughter then one for my son, and I’m going to buy a third for my youngest. They are so cute and fun. I REALLY want to give props to the company. So I bought the first one a while ago, and the cushion popped as it’s an air cushion. I reached out to see if I could just buy the cushion off them. They said they can’t do that, but that they will just send me a whole new one. And they did!!! I am just beyond impressed and happy with them for going above and beyond. It’s a good quality product, perfect size for kids, and super easy to assemble, just a little know how on how to attach it to a ceiling. We LOVE ours and will continue to do business with this company in the future!

Cool swing pod chair for autistic daughter but unfortunately the lights and remote have malfunctioned after just one night . Lights and remote non responsive.

Hello, I purchased this so my son with Autism in December as a Christmas gift, it is now Feb. 5 and the ball that you inflate to put in side ripped and once I patched the ball when I when to zip it the zipper the actual metal part just broke off the quality and material weren’t that great. Cool design cool idea cheap material. This fabric on the actual pod isn’t that bad it’s actually quite thick hardware was cheap. In my opinion.

My daughter loves it, especially the lights and color changing. It feels very sturdy and the hardware to hang it from the ceiling is high quality. The seat is a blow up cushion and very comfortable. My daughter is 6 and this is a perfect size for her. Recommended.

Lights stopped working after one day. They are stuck blinking red and won’t turn off. Have to remove batteries. Tried new batteries and still stuck. Kid is super disappointed so I am too. Editing: customer service has reached out to me after my previously poor review. Helped me out with a free replacement. Customer service was great and helped every step of the way in trying to make the situation correct. Very pleased.

Blow up cushion not overly comfortable

Careful... battery light almost caught on fire. Got really hot and started to smoke. Thankfully it was not inserted in the seat.

Bought it for my daughter for christmas..she used it twice and its been put up ever since, went to use it today and none of the lights work anymore on the swing or in the seat and a pocket is coming undone. Id understand it falling apart when in use but not for being put up in a closet.
