I have nightly hit sweats and even have a special pillow for them. But I have found that this pillow keeps me cool too, I don’t know how. So don’t hesitate as I have had no problems with it.

Is this pillow firm ?

Yes it is fairly firm but as it is made with memory foam, it is soft to the touch and moulds well to your body. I have another firm pillow and in comparison it feels too solid, so I only use this one now. Buy it, you will be happy

Is there a pillow cover i could purchase for this?

The pillow has a zipped cover to protect the memory foam. You can wash it as often as you want. It is pretty thick.
