I have been taking this product for 3 months and have lost 12 pounds and dropped my A1C from 7.4 to 6.6. I take two capsules in the morning and one at lunch. It definitely suppressed my appetite, increased my metabolism and lowered my blood sugar. I’m usually skeptical when it comes to supplements since the effects could vary from person to person. But for me, this works a great deal, I take two pills before or after a meal. I usually gets sleepy after a meal, this product helps me digest the food. I don’t feel as bloated and sleepy. There’s a small percentage of coQ10 so it helps with your heart health. I also notice it helps with fat burning as well. I’m in my 50s, at least during the two months I took it, I haven’t had weight gain like the previous months before.
