This is really good value. I purchased this to replace a broken trailer board socket. I was very nervous about changing it, but It was amazingly easy and straightforward to wire up-the instructions were very clear. The wiring system is well presented and the wiring connection screws are nice and solid -you really know you have made the connection and it wont work loose. The unit fits well in the cars towing socket and it feels very snug-but easy to insert and remove. Overall I am quite impressed with the quality of the plug-particularly since it was less than half the price of many others. It is rare to find things that are relatively cheap but functionally very well made-that is important given that you rely on it working correctly when on the road.

easy to fit and does the job. Securing the cable is by tightening the nut which grabs the cable, there's not an internal clamp. Worth the money.
