Out the Box the belt started shifting to the left and then a loud rattling sound starts until I realign the belt endlessly every minute Today was my first day and it worked solid for 3:30 hours and then I got tired lol The sound was loud but no one could tell I was walking in a tread mill and the engine clutter was fine also I just wish I could keep the belt straight and that the device wasn’t so sensitive to operate properly I’d like to be able to not worry about walking wrong or the belt moving I just want it to work I’m hoping there is a solution where I can keep it straight and will be researching this further as I feel all units would be like this/not a defect Editing after a day and I’ve decided not to return because I like that I can adjust the height of the legs and that fixed my issue because my floor was loud Even with $2000 treadmils you have to become somewhat of a technician and maintain it

Bought this walking pad for my office. It is just as described. With the lightweight and wheels, I am able to move the walking pad out of my way when I want to sit down. The remote is small and does not take up space in my draws. There is an app that links with the walking pad, however, I no longer use it becuase I forget to open it when I start walking. I have had zero issues and the walking pad is quiet, but the start up beep and change of speed beep is very loud.

It works great when I’m working from home but I will say that the belt drifts to the side sometimes and it gets annoying to have to stop in the middle of a workout just to fix it and carry on. Hope this helps!

Absolutely awful customer service. I reached out to customer support via email Back in April of 2025 due to an issue with my walking pad shifting and slowing down while walking on it(very dangerous)!! I received a response same day asking for order number and serial number. I responded the next day with my order and serial number and was never provided a response since then and it’s December 2025. I followed up multiple times within the same email chain. To be honest, I assumed the company went under cause I never heard back until I saw an ad from deerrun on instagram and found their phone number on their account. I called the phone number and was only offered a discount for a new product (not buying a new product when I know customer service is not responsive). All I wanted was a response and some help identifying the issue I’m currently having. Was never given that on email despite multiple email follow ups. It’s very unfortunate the poor customer service and how quickly my machine stopped working

I read the reviews on several other walking pads and all complained of the same thing “treads get off track easily” or “I have to manually adjust the walking pad to get it back on track.” NO!! That is not what I wanted for my walking pad experience. I cannot say enough good things about my DeerRun walking pad, I’ve got my first week down and I’ve walked over 20,000 steps a day, approx 9.75 miles each day. I’ve never walked this much or been motivated to walk this much in my life. Upon unboxing, there was nothing to screw together it came in one piece. All I did was plug it in and turn it on and I was ready to go! I’m 5’6” and the speed 1.5 is perfect for me to WFH while walking, and I can also be on a call and not feel so out of breath. Also, I’m not sweating at this speed which is the best too! It comes with a single remote, but I saw on other reviews BE CAREFUL AND DON’T LOSE IT! There is no backup remote. You would have to contact the manufacturer to get another remote. This is totally worth the purchase over other treadmills!!

Overall, a fine walking pad. I used it consistently about 4-5 days a week for just under two years ant low speeds and maintained it well. Never had any issues until this week when it just stopped working. I would suggest either buying the extra warranty (as the standard one is only good for a year) or anticipate replacing it after the warranty expires. For the price, I would opt for a cheaper option personally.

LAST UPDATE: Customer service from this company is amazing. For whatever reason my machine is just not functioning properly, so they are sending me out a new machine. I could not be happier with this company and their willingness to make a customer happy. UPDATE: I have been in contact with the company trying to find a solution for the noises and problems I've encountered with this machine. The seller is super helpful in trying to resolve any issues. I will continue to update. The seller is definitely top notch, I've been pleased with their willingness to find a solution. This machine is exactly what I've been looking for, so I'm hoping this can be resolved. Original review: I have had this now for just under a month and this gets used daily use. After taking a bit to adjust the rollers so the pad would stop moving all the way left or right, it now makes awful noises from the rollers and sometimes the motor. I would give this a higher rating, but at this rate I'm not sure how long this is going to last.

I just received this this week. I live in a small home and I'm a big girl, so I need substantial exercise equipment. I am 5'7" and 275 lbs (at the time of writing this. I'm on a weight loss journey, so I won't be here for long.) I set this up last evening, and stepped on to give it a whirl. I appreciated the slow start, as there are no handrails to hold on to. It has a perfect stride length and width for me. And I can keep my balance just fine hands free when I am watching the machine. However, when I try to watch TV, to forget what I'm doing, I lose my balance. I grabbed my hiking sticks, and they were the perfect solution! I can lose myself in tv and still keep my balance. This is by FAR my favorite piece of exercise equipment I've ever owned! Partly because of it being substantial enough to support me, partly because it is so compact! I just love it!!! Oh! I did have to turn the TV volume up a little at the 1.7 mph speed, but in all fairness, I keep the TV pretty quiet to begin with. 100% worth buying!

We encountered some technical issues with our product, therefore asking for help with the company. They responded quickly and were very attentive to our issue. We discussed the problem and eventually managed to come up with a solution in a matter of days. Amazing customer service we received.
