Not sure if the formula or packaging makes the difference. I like them stronger. These rely helped me. They are cane sugar free.

The strongest cough drops in can find on the market, but they are crazy expensive. I wouldn't buy them if I wasn't desperate.

Great mints, not as strong as the original white packaging. Is much more minty and sweet.
