Product works good...
I brought this in Month of May and was satisfied with the results but within a month the battery is dead. Unfortunately, the battery cant be replaced as it is fixed into the circuit. However, when I approached the vendor, they have graciously agreed to replace the piece. Appreciate the professional customer centric approach they had.

I purchased this device in September 2025, and now, just a few months later in December 2025, it has completely stopped working. I am extremely disappointed with the product’s performance and reliability. To make matters worse, I tried to find the company’s contact details for support, but there is no information provided on the manual or the packaging. This lack of customer support is unacceptable.

Got it today. Looks ok, works intuitively. Unfortunately there is no charging indicator, so no way of knowing when to charge.
