Perks up a salad dressing
Good taste have added to all types of dressings. Contains caramel and sulphides , which I missed will look for vinegar without this next time. Makes a change from cider vinegar in dressings.

Definitely sherry vinegar
Good sherry vinegar; not as strongly sherry-flavoured as I'd expected but happy with the product - excellent for cooking. Not quite so suitable for making a dressing for salads as it's a little too acidic (for me anyway, at 7%). But - I'm 2/3 of the way through the bottle already so can't be bad.
