This heating pad DOES include the battery pack, that's something you have to watch carefully on the cordless heating pads. It isn't a magnetic closure like the description (and the instruction card) says, it is the Velcro shown in the photos. It heats up nicely and hangs around the neck nice. I have a smallish neck so it just barely fits down to my size, but you could also adjust it with another way of connecting the straps. It pull slightly, but it's much more comfy than using the strings to tie a traditional heating pad around your neck. The pad itself has a nice cover that is comfy against the skin. Charging is still a bit of a question, I left it on to charge for quite a while and it never stopped flashing, I took it off charge to use it and it's running fine. Great buy overall! Update: I purchased 2 more and they aren't nearly as good as my original. First, they are magnet closures and not velcro (actually isn't the problem I thought it would be). But secondly and most problematic, they don't heat nearly as much as my first unit. They do warm up but they don't get nearly as hot as you would want for neck therapy.

Great heating pad to help when I am at work. No cord to get tangled. Works just like I needed.

I do use this ,about every night. 2 things to keep in mind. 1. The part that wraps around the neck is rather large. It's too big for me to use the magnets. I'm not a tiny person, average size. I have to tie it. 2. The charge does not last long, 10 or 15 minutes..maybe that's normal..I was expecting longer. It does get good and warm, just not very long.

Good bye hot packs, hello relief at the press of a button! Only downside: The straps are not well designed...but that was expected after reading reviews. Not going to remove a star for an expected thing. Ok, the good: The price was decent. It is SUPER lightweight and not bulky. It is USB C! You don't have to remove the battery pack to charge it. Controls and usage are simple. I do like it right up against my skin... It doesn't quiiiite do it for me otherwise. I use it on hot and it feels like targeted relief to my neck and upper spine. It doesn't feel like it fluctuates either. Just a nice steady warmth that settles at a good level. I forgot to time it but so far I'm actually impressed. Expected 5 minutes. I must have gotten an easy thirty minutes before I noticed the output is diminishing. I received a nice, new sealed in plastic product in a nice, sealed box with the instructions and a little USB A to USB C cable.

These under $65, cheaper neck warmers burn skin and have short battery lives. Buy better. If I'm allowed to name a brand that does not burn so much on its lowest setting, and has a fine, long battery life it is ... Ororo. To ensure that my skin does not burn with any neck warmer I wear a piece of soft, comfortable, thick, short fabric -- e.g., a good sock, for me, between my neck skin and any neck warmer. Good luck

Poor quality does not heat

I love this neck wrap, the magnets are placed a little far out for my skinny neck so I’m going to sew velcro on it so I can make it tighter. I hope someone can answer this question, when inolug it in to charge, the red light flashes, it has stayed plugged in for 4 hrs and still flashes. It’s charged because it definitely heats up.. how do you know when it is fully charged? Thanks!
