Very good water!! I am obsessed with it!! The taste is extremely clean and smooth! They are big bottles, I think about 1 liter plastic bottles, but they come at a great price!! This water is spring water that has been distilled. It is not purified water.

My favorite water it’s just always seems to go down and taste so smooth love this water!!

I use this with my hydrogen infuser; great tasting water and super healthy!

I’ve learned that many bottled water companies don’t have decent, healthy water. Some companies aren’t upfront about where their water is sourced. I’ve also heard very negative reports about micro-plastics being an issue with MANY companies selling bottled water as well.I can’t speak as to the effectiveness of this Smartwater ALKALINE with ANTIOXIDANTS water as the science behind it is mixed. However, in my research and quest for “healthy” water that is properly sourced, and without the micro-plastics issue, I feel quite confident that Smartwater brand is proper, healthy water. So, this is what I buy for me and my family. It is also decently priced compared to other companies that are rated as safe and healthy.Bottom line for me is that I can recommend Smartwater. I’m confident enough in this brand that I drink it myself and buy it for my wife and kids. I’ve done the research.

I don't know if it's just in my head, but this alkaline water seems to make a difference for me over other brands. I feel more hydrated, and just better overall. When I switch to other brands it's a noticeable difference. I like the large size bottles because it matches my water intake goal for they day. This price was better than at my local grocery store, and I feel like this works better than the Kirkland's brand.
