I have used Lactoferrin for many years when I suspect I might have an intestinal bacteria. I have never had any issues with stomach upset or side effects. I also think that Doublewood is a high-quality company and I believe in the integrity and effectiveness of their products.

My iron levels went up to its highest level. I have thalassemia minor and take Mega foods blood builder from time to time and lactoferrin a few times a week. I believe the lactoferrin also helps to keep my gut strong .
