Excellent Icing Stabilizer
I love making old fashioned Swiss and Italian buttercreams from scratch and using this meringue powder to stabilizer my egg whites is the secret to fluffy, unbreakable butter cream and royal icing. It holds well, mixes easily, no clumping or weird after taste at all! It doesn’t affect the color of the icing or the ease of mixing in food dye either. Very good product!

This new formula is a game changer! It really makes frosting and merangue fluffyand tasty. It's a bit pricey but worth it. I strongly believe "you get what you pay for"! Plus its non GMO!

I have never used this before and thought I would try it to stiffen up some icing I was making, worked great! Good product, packaging was nice and neat no damage.
