Does it fit Audi A4 2017 ?

I had a 2018 A4 and it fit that car. Can't answer to a 2017.

Does this come with a new O-ring?

Yes it did have a new o-ring. The new one was so folded I had to put it in some hot water for a few minutes to get it to fit correctly.
