poor build quality
Does the job but build quality is bad. When the metal lever is rotated around its hinge, it causes so much friction against the plastic handle that clearly visible dust like particles are scraped off the plastic. And you can't use it without rotating the lever which means plastic particles get scraped off every time it is used.

Try a different brand.
The foil cutter will not open. I have strong nails and could not pull it out. My husband, much taller and stronger than I am, could not pull it out. Would not buy again.

Best corkscrew there is.
You can spend a lot more money for bigger fancier corkscrews but none work better than the Murano.

NOT MADE IN ITALY. It is made in CHINA
They claim in the detailed description that itโs made in Italy and the country of origin is Italy. This is a lie. The opener is stamped Patented in Italy with no information where it is made. The reason is because it is a Chinese piece of garbage made in China
