What is the difference of these magnets pack of two ,? Too exactly the same make and company Pack of four magnets ? Is it the size and strength ?

Hello and a good day to you! The 2-pack neos have the double size of the 4 pack, which is 2,54cm diameter per magnet. The 4 neos have a size of 1,27cm diameter each. The strenght is the same (1500 Gauss at the surface) - the difference is that the bigger neos cover a bigger area of impact, if you have pain on larger areas for example. Hope this helps! Do magnets actually heal with long term use, or just relieve the pain?

These have caused a small rash - am I allergic to the nickel coating, and would a layer of fabric between the skin and the magnet prevent this?

I have had mine for many years. I have had no reaction to the outer coating and have found them to be an amazing way to get psi n relief. All you can do is maybe try some thin gause. I did have a reaction to one brand of surgical tape that I used to fix them in place. Hope this helps. Anna
