Not what I was looking for
I have recently purchased a basic air fryer and felt I was not making full use of it , so I ordered this "basic" cookbook, It was obviously written for the American market; measures in cups, ingredients I hadn't met-(soppressata) and worst of all temperatures in Fahrenheit. Most of the recipes were for 4 people with the only instruction to use shorter time for smaller portions, not very helpful for a novice cooking for one. I was hoping for a cookbook to lead me through the pitfalls of air frying, sadly this is not it

Nice cook book
Lots of delicious airfryer recipes, pages nicely presented, reasonably prices. Great meal ideas, something for everyone

Book was useful explaining logistics and use of air fryer. recipes more for American use not my sort of cooking, air fryer temperatures for recipes in Fahrenheit measurements in cups
