Good quality timer valves for irrigation systems.
Love these timers, I use them on my 2 irrigation drip systems in my yard. They're easy to program and the timer works well. Just make sure you bring them in for the winter if you live where hell freezes over. The internals are plastic and water freezing in them WILL damage them. Other than that they do exactly what I need them to do.

Bleed the air first
I initially was going to return this because the valves would not turn off. I contacted Amazon support and they had no solution. I emailed the company, on the weekend, and they responded the same day, saying: "Sometimes, at the beginning of use, the water pressure of the faucet is too large, which causes the air inside of the product to be unable to be completely discharged. How to solve: at the beginning, turn on the manual mode, let both taps open, then turn on the tap smaller, and then slowly increase the flow after a while. If it does not work, please try to set it to MANUAL mode to test if it will turn off." I set both ports to manual for 1 minute without turning on the faucet. After 50 seconds, I slowly eased the water on and both lines charged. At the end of the minute, both shut off perfectly. Of the Orbit, RainBird and other timers I've used in the past, this is by far the easiest setup, IMHO.

Pretty good timer, hoping it holds up
How I arrived at my overall rating: **** (4 star) Value **** (4 star) Price matches quality Purchase price: $50.15 Quality/Durability **** (4 star) Duration of use: close to 2yrs I would expect a sprinkler timer to last about 5 years? At the close to 2yr mark, this is still running fine, but is starting to show signs of wear (fading, buttons are less responsive (but still functional)) Fingers crossed it still has a few years of life in it. Ease of Use/Assembly/Install: **** (4 star) It is fairly straight forward to setup and program. Usefulness/Appearance/Fun Factor: **** (4 star) Works as intended. Notice sometimes there is some water dripping from one of the ports, but post timer, so might just be from sprinkler connector? Does not allow for watering every other day and no calendar, so have to manually change program per watering season. Battery life is about 9-10months before requiring change.

Work great!
I bought two a couple years ago. They work great. Getting familiar with the programming takes a bit of patience, but it does it all. Contrary to some reviewers, it DOES permit watering different zones on different days and with different durations/settings. Fully customizable watering or changing specific settings for what's needed. I change out the 9v battery every spring. I did have a temporary issue with one of the buttons - sits out in the weather all year long. But somehow worked out the issue and it operates fine now. Recommend for anyone with a little patience and a need for some dependable automation. Starting year three and going strong.

Don't get if you want to water on different days for different zones
I gave this product two stars because it seems well made and the screen is very readable. OK strike that. I reduced it to one star, because it does ridiculous things like apply the programming of Zone 1 to Zone two. That having been said this is ONLY a multiple zone timer if you want to water different amounts of times on the same days. For example, if you want to water Zone A for 10 minutes every day, Zone B for half an hour every day, and Zone C for an hour every day you can do that. If you wanted to water the zones for the same amounts of time but only once a week, you can do that too. What this timer either CANNOT do or has made impossible to figure out is when you want to do different things on different days. For example, we have a water feature and a number of container plants that we want to have watered every day for 15 minutes. We have landscaping areas that we want to water once a week for an hour. There is nothing I have been able to find in the QandA here, in the reviews, or on the manufacturer's website that explains how to do that, so I can only conclude that it doesn't do that. Having a multi zone system where the zones can't have different days is beyond stupid. If someone can point me to a place that can direct me how to set it up for different days, I will eat humble pie and bump it up to 4 stars, but not 5 because NOTHING SHOULD TAKE THIS LEVEL OF EFFORT! Sheesh!

Worked very well but only lasted 3 months
I installed this controller in an irrigation valve box to protect it and it worked great. It turned on at the correct time and put out water as it should. We then had a month and a half of nonstop rain, so I turned it off and shut the water off to it. Today I went to set it back up and when I turned the water on it started a steady seep at the edge of the screen by the arrow buttons. If you press down on that spot it just spreads down the edge of the screen. It was enough that after about a minute there was a small puddle under it. I was very disappointed in this because I had been very impressed by the unit prior. Well I guess, you win some and you lose some.

Great features questionable durability
this timer had the features I really wanted. Two different stations and the ability to set one station to 2 water times in a day and the other station only 1 time a day. I ordered this one to replace my previous order of this time that had failed after a couple of years. Since it failed after 2 years I reviewed all brands for sale on Amazon but this was the only one that had these features. So will try again. If this one fails early will have to consider a more complicated configuration.

Works Great.
This unit worked very well, it is easy to install and to program. I used it for a few months then installed a full under ground sprinkler system.

Purchased this unit in summer of 2022. Still working great, no leaks. Fairly easy to program, takes a bit of figuring out how to use the manual watering on just one hose, just have to make sure the second port is set for 0 minutes or they both run at the same time. Highly recommend

Purchased the dewenwils on basis of sourcing an affordable quality water timer which hopefully will last more than a couple of years. - Only issue is that GHT to BSP adaptors (not included) are required (as per photo) to fit AU standard tap & pipe fittings. - Available online at varying prices & was happy to do this at added cost & then be able to use with other O/Seas timers if purchased in the future.

to save the hassle of returning the item, just don't buy it, would have given it a no star rating but i couldn't save the review unless i gave it at least a one star rating

I love this! Works like a charm! Last ones I bought all broke pretty easily (different product all together), hopefully this one lasts better. Was easy to program.

Don't buy this product. When I installed it, water leaks from the inlet. Also, it leaks from one of the outlets.
