1Pack of 12 trophies were ordered for felicitating students on their achievements. Upon payment, the parcel was handed over to us. on opening the parcel, we found 4 trophies damaged and received in broken condition. since the function was on the next day we retained the 8 trophies raised a complaint clearly mentioning that 4 are damaged and needs replacement. We are now being told that we cannot replace 4 and the entire 12 nos needs to be sent back. Since the function is over and 8 trophies are already distributed it is nor possible to send all the 12 nos back. The order has left us in a very bad taste. We have also lost our money and refund.

Definitely value for money for this price, Quality wise, I expected the frame also to be in wood instead of Plastic. Please do a Quality check before despatch. Four Momentos are Damaged beyond repair, and 6 of them have come loose, have to re-stick, so giving 3 Stars.
