AMAZON has washed their hands off the support and has no forwarding number of the supplier to contact for warranty. Update: the 29” suitcase is too large to take on US airlines. For example, Delta limits checked baggage to be no larger than 62 linear inches (length+width+height). The 29” bag measures about 64.5” all together. Disappointed that this size is too large, because I probably would have chosen another luggage set. However, it still is a nice set and will continue to use the smaller two cases for flying. This is a beautiful luggage set! I was hesitant the the green color would be too bright for my liking, but it’s a very nice olive green. All three pieces move smoothly and although the case does give a little if you push on it, it feels sturdy enough for my sporadic traveling. Some things I love: -bottom handle. I had trouble finding hard luggage with a place for your hand to grip on the bottom. I love that all three pieces have this feature! -all three pieces have a mesh bag that can be added to the side to put a water bottle or extra things in. Based on the item description I thought it was just the largest bag that had this. I was happy to see that each piece came with the hooks and appropriate sized bag. (These are pictured in the left zipper divider in each top half of the bags) -the locks! I also struggled to find a set in which all sizes had tsa approved locks built in. All three bags have locks built in and feel very sturdy and well-made. They were easy to open the first time as well. Each bag has instructions on how to change the lock code as well. -built in pockets to the lining. All sizes have two zippers on the top lining, as seen in my review pictures. Even though I use packing cubes when I travel, the divided zippers will be useful I’m sure! The small zipper bag on the bottom half will be nice for any small or long things, like a flat iron or curling iron. -how the bags are divided. They are taller on the bottom and shorter on the top. I think this will be useful for packing for longer trips especially. It may also help my luggage to not be so top/front heavy, which has caused my luggage to tip forward in the past. -the retractable top handles. They feel sturdy and have different height adjustment features. The largest bag only has one because it’s so big, but the medium size has 2 height adjustments and the carry-on size has 3! -the other top and side handles. The edges move inward when you pick up the bag, which makes it feel like they can support more weight and not like the handle is going to rip off. It’s a small feature but I like it a lot. Oh and the handles on the side by the tsa locks can hook an umbrella! -the wheels. They’re so smooth when rolled across the floor! They will be awesome for going through the airport. Just make sure when you lay the luggage down, especially on the floor that the back 2 wheels are flat. I could see that causing damage to the wheels if they’re not layed out right. -expandability! Each bag can expand which was another feature that was hard for me to find. Many other sets I looked at only came with an expandable large bag. But I really wanted all 3 to have that feature. The zipper that controls the expanding is green so it’s easy to find. I have not traveled with any of these yet, but plan to take the carry-on with me on a flight at the end of January. I hope these pieces hold up well and last me a while! Overall, it seems well-made and each piece came wrapped in its own loose plastic bag, which I plan to keep them in to protect from any scratches or scraping during storage.

I take regular flights between North America and South America. After 2 flights, I am very disappointed in this luggage set. First flight was from Virginia, US to Ecuador. One of the wheels was ripped off and there were many scuff marks. Second flight was from Ecuador to JFK. There is a bad dent on one corner that looks like it might crack. Also, there are more bad looking scuff marks. Most of the positive reviews here are from people who only purchased a carry-on (which is personally handled and cared for), or, from people who have given their first impression of the luggage - out of the box. Mine is a tested review. I don't think these suitcases will last more than a few more trips. In contrast, I paid just over a third of the Verage price for a 3 piece set that I used for 5 years that included 22 international flights. They have held up quite well, with everything functioning properly and with very few blemishes. The Verage suitcase also weighs 30% more than my cheaper set. The item description claims that these suitcases are extremely sturdy, combining scratch-resistant textures (false) with polycarbonate construction. Further down, the description says that these cases are designed for the rigors of world travel, that they are made of high-strength polycarbonate hardshell. I strongly disagree. Additionally, on January 25 2022, the seller answered a question about a discrepancy of the suitcases being constructed of 100% polycarbonate or ABC materials. They said they would update the item description to address the discrepancy, but they have not done so. Finally, the design is cool. I love the 70/30 split and the large wheels. But this is a poorly constructed suitcase that is very overpriced.

It has everything I wanted, tsa locks, expanding zipper, sleek color, even the one side being deeper than the other works well for how I pack. Downside is the 29 inch is too large to check on airlines by about 3 inches. I wouldn't have purchased it had I realized.

This is a terrific luggage set. The style is distinctive, and the zipper and spinner wheels are out of this world when it comes to handling. It's also pretty durable when it comes to wear and tear. Just loses one start simply for not being scuff resistant.
