I've been using it for about a week now — mainly sprinkling a bit over salads, pasta, and sometimes mixing it into sauces. So far, I haven’t noticed any obvious effects yet (which is understandable — it's early), but I do want to mention the taste. It’s very distinct — sort of cheesy and nutty, but with a strong, slightly bitter aftertaste that took me by surprise. I wouldn't call it bad, but it's definitely something you need to get used to. I'm keeping my usage light for now and hoping my palate adjusts over time. For first-timers like me, just know this isn't like your average seasoning — it has a very specific flavor. That said, if it lives up to the health claims, I think it'll be worth sticking with.
