I’ve been using Qunol Magnesium Gummies for Adults, and I’m really impressed. They’re easy to take, taste great, and provide 200mg of elemental magnesium in a convenient form. An easy way to get extra magnesium, flavor is good. Gummies are easy to chew and consume.

I take these each night to help with sleep and muscle cramping. They are very effective at helping me sleep soundly through the night. I don’t have many issues with cramping but when I do these help. They are soft and easy to chew and they have a great fruity taste. I have bought this brand of magnesium several times and will continue to do so because they provide good results.

I trust Qunol as a brand overall, and these gummies deliver on taste — very pleasant berry-ish flavor. I take 4 right before bed (400mg total magnesium) to help me sleep. Definitely one of those "I'm tempted to eat this like candy but I will fight the urge because I'm a grown adult" situations. Gummies are so much nicer to take than tablets or capsules, but they often have such low concentrations of the active ingredient. It's really nice to see that these pack a lot of magnesium in a tiny package (not that I'd complain about being forced to eat more gummies... but you know, cost effectiveness and all). I do wish they were magnesium glycinate instead of citrate. To be fair, Qunol does offer magnesium glycinate gummies, but you'd have to eat 7 of those to get as much magnesium as 4 of these, and it's significantly more expensive overall. Ah well. Citrate is... fine.

Great tasting product. I take 2 of these every day. Supports nerve, bone and muscle health. Make sure you drink a glass of water with it. It does have laxative action coz its Magnesium citrate. Iam a Pharmacist and I recommend this.

Make sure you consult your physician before you start taking supplements. I didn’t, and it worked out for me, but who knows if that’s the case for everyone? Anyway, I knew that I was low on magnesium, the foods containing that nutrient just wasn’t in my diet enough, and I believed that this was causing my terrible sleep, causing me to wake up exhausted more often than not. I started taking these delicious little gummies at the RECOMMENDED dosage and it worked a charm literally overnight. I’ve been taking these since October of 2023. Do I take them everyday? ———Sometimes. Do I notice if I stop taking them for a while?—— Yes. Placebo? ———Maybe. Whatever the case, I have to give it a five star because it worked perfectly for me. No, it has not solved all of my problems, but it has helped me get a much better and fuller night sleep, for which I’m extremely grateful. Will it work for you? I have no idea, talk to your doctor; I didn’t, but I know that I should have. Speaking to a physician after the fact, it apparently was a metabolic issue on my end prior to taking the vitamins. And the magnesium sorted it out. Once again, please consult your physician! I hope everything works out for you!

The sizing of the gummies is inconsistent, therefore delivering incorrect dosage. I could accept a dud here and there, but a lot of the gummies were different in size. As you can see the bottle had small, medium and large gummies; which indicates a huge lack of quality control. In the past this product had a different flavor and all the gummies were equally sized…
