Excellent Product!
CDI is a subsidiary of Snap-On, and this torque wrench is of very high, Snap-On quality. I have this one as well as a CDI inch pound dial torque wrench and both are of very fine quality. I will go ahead and spread a rumor here, because I believe it to be true: This is an american-made handle and torque/spring mechanism with a Taiwanese head. The Snap-On wrench of similar size and values is the same one save for the head. I got the plastic handle. I might have had some buyer's remorse over that after I ordered it and found that the metal-handled version is like $15 more, but when I got this and looked over the build (including the plastic handle) I have no regrets whatsoever. The handle is indeed plastic, but it is not cheap at all. This is a solid, accurate (calibration sheet included) product. It has a very decent price. The plastic case is good, but does not allow the wrench to clip into place, so it rattles around in the case a small amount. I say this because both of my also-excellent Kobalt (Lowes) torque wrenches have similar cases, but the wrenches snap into cradles so the chances of damage due to shifting around in your truck's tool box are very much minimized. I wish this one had such a case. Otherwise I am *very* pleased with this wrench.

Confidence disguised as a wrench!
I really did my research on click torque wrenches. I appreciate all of the feedback on all of the products as it helped me make my decision. I went with this CDI for it's reputation in the feedback section. It's a solid tool, easy to set and after 8 spark plugs, and 16 bolts and 5 lug nuts it has worked GREAT. This tool gave me a sense of confidence that everything was tightened per spec. It does cost a bit more than some of the other brands, but how much it peace of mind worth? I HIGHLY recommend this CDI torque wrench!

Good, solid tool
This is a quality tool. Comes packed in a molded case and includes a report on calibrations. Exterior indicates date of calibration. It has a solid feel to it and is easy to use. I bought this to replace my 25 year old Craftsman 3/8 drive wrench whose locking plastic collar had cracked. The locking collar on this wrench is metal.

What's not to like?
I know torque wrenches. I worked on nukes and had 12 various torque wrenches available for this purpose and all were calibrated monthly. This torque wrench is solid and performs nicely. Over time all torque wrenches need recalibration. Careful handling should keep this wrench performing within (+/-) 2-3 % for several years with moderate use.

Bought this for my nissan frontier 2007
I used cheaper torque wrench which was broken inside of jaw or latch and then I thought I should step up and invast more money on new torque wrench to get accuracy and safety (becasue of truck maintenance). I satisfied with this torque range and easy change and looked rigid. but I would like to suggest to someone who wants to buy new one. Checking your near local stores (you may find one right away) and I think spending more money for better tool is wise.
