Liquid Rubber Waterproof Sealant Roof Repair Kit - 5 Gal, Caulk, Seam Tape

I used this kit to seal a slightly sloped rubber membrane roof. It worked perfectly and the proof is the fact that it has held up to severe weather we have been experiencing in Illinois this year. This kit saved me several thousand dollars that a contractor would have charged me to replace the rubber membrane roof when all it needed was a reseal to the house that this kit did perfectly.

Looked very good at first wore off in a year

I used this to cover and seal the logs of my log cabin, which was beginning to show weathering from the tense sun here in southern OK. While is was challenging getting this through the spayer, it did coat very well and looks to protect the logs from the weather well into the next decade before retreatment is necessary. The paint goes on with a lighter color, but dries a shade or so darker...multiple coats will darken the end result by a shade or two as well.
