Delighted to see this stocked on amazon! I used to buy this in Thailand and bring it back home. This is the best Massaman paste out there! Others come close but don’t quite match the depth and richness of flavour this one delivers. Paired with Aroy-D coconut milk, it creates the most authentic Thai curry you’ll find in the UK. Honestly, making it at home with this paste beats any Thai restaurant in the UK! The ingredients sticker covers the instructions, making them unreadable. To work around this, just Google the name and brand, you’ll find an image of the packaging with the recipe to follow. This is much more expensive than it should be, but for the convenience and availability, it’s worth it.
