QUALITYThis is the one word that described the item. If you are 40+, you will remember the old 80s days, that everything came 100% and we would not accept nothing less.The moment you open the box, you will know what I mean. Even the manual has the feel a £100+ item should. The plastics are of highest quality (I know i use this word a lot, but that's what you get with that little thing), the packaging itself is made to protect something that you just paid and not some cheap rip off.The controls are top rate. The remote has a great fell, the buttons are very cleverly designed. I have not used it much yet, but I have to say they applied a lot of thought on the design stage. Everything is where it should, buttons, screen, connectors, on/off, leds to tell you what is happening.I went out, and after about 1h and i got Green/Red both open. I was recording non stop. I worried it was the battery but hell no. It was just the 4gb card filled up. The battery was 100% still or at least the indicator of it.The picture quality is good to my eyes, this is not a crisp 1080p, not sure what it is to be honest (up-scaled something?) It certainly suffers if you are moving and gets better when you stop. But this is a lens in a pocket thing.The sound is very impressive. I could record someone 20+ meters away.I got that to record harassment, so it will eventually come handy when i encounter the offender in order to collect evidence. as said the controls are very accessible, either from the remote or the camera it self you can activate it with ease. worth saying at that point that it takes some 3-5 secs from OFF to allow you to start recording.Downside I would call the clips. This comes with some mountings I dont know much about, but the camera and remote come with a belt clip. Not these as mentioned by others are HARD to fit IN/OUT. You can certainly break it, and most surely scratch the camera casing. Its like that for a reason, they need to stay in place when you don't want to capture harassment and decide to jump off a mountain but its a pain to get the camera in out of it. I have a scotch tape folded in two, forming a protective 2cm film to put between the camera and the clip case and works ok. I will not need to take it off much so I have no worries about it.One last thing, the clip of the camera and the remote, also all them to rotate 360 so you will find a way to put the as you really like.Disclaimer : I BOUGHT THAT WITH MY OWN MONEY and got NO DISCOUNT, what can I say? :p

I'll be brief, many other reviewers have had a good go, there do seem to be some mistakes in reviews...1. The camera is full HD, but has two modes, 1080 and 720. There is no zoom in 1080 mode, but a 3x digital zoom on 7202. The isn't a flash, nor an image stabilizer, but I bought my camera for £105, so you get what you pay for3. You CAN turn off the screen, by pressing and holding the record button, this does however LOCK the camera and turn off the screen, so you need to press record before you do it. You can't use any function will the screen is off, but the camera will continue to record if you have set it to do so4. You cannot record and charge the unit at the same time, if you plug the unit in to charge, it switches to charge. So the 2 to 3 hours battery you get is all you get. (Possibile you can record & charge if you have connected to a suitable windows PC, but I'm a MAC man, so can't test)5. Unit is rugged, but not dust, water or sandproof. Probably would survive a rain shower.6. The camera comes with an unbelievable array of clips, connectors, stands etc, about 19 in my pack, all good entertainment to work out how they function.7. The remote control is very basic :-)8. The tripod mount is metal, which is nice, if you've ever broken a camera with plastic ones you'll understand.Overall a good toy, and more usable in "rough and tumble" situations than my lovely big panasonic.

I bought this to replace a cheap knock-off which was only adequate. What a joy to use this piece of equipment. The camcorder came with multiple attachments including bike mounts, helmet mounts, straps and a clip mount to clip onto your clothes. The camcorder is solidly built and feels comfortable in your hand. You also get a clip on remote and a quick start guide in the box. The camcorder and remote come complete with batteries and can be used straight away. I'd advise downloading the full guide just to use this gadget to it's full potential, but it's not essential. I also bought a larger capacity SD card just in case and a chest mount (well you never know when you want to go bungee jumping).Field of vision is impressive and you almost have a full surround effect. Microphone pickup is also good, so watch the loudness of the whoops and yells. Smooth recording and there is an option to take static pictures. You can record at full HD but it will fill your SD card quickly.I use it cross-country either with the clothes clip, which is tough and holds the camcorder firmly in place, or the chest mount. The remote is very handy. I switch on the camcorder and use the remote to start/stop the recording or to take static photos. So I only record the best bits.You can either play the video's on the device or download to your PC, where it's saved in .MOV format and easily played back with Windows Media Player etc.Don't bother with the cheap look-a-likes, get the original and never look back. Wish I'd bought this one first.Delivery was very quick, ordered on the Friday evening and the product was dispatched on the Saturday and in my hands on Monday. Not bad for snail mail.

This product is brilliant. It looks and feels quality. It has great features at a fraction of the cost of a well know brand!The remote control is fantastic, you have the ability to record video and still take snap shots. The kit comes with numerous items for mounting, clothing, helmets, handlebars etc.The only slight negative and I mean slight, is that close up video does look a bit "fish eye" on play back, but this is not such a bad thing, as the positive is, you don't loose anything out of camera shot.Battery lasts hours, it's light and compact. built in screen is fantastic as it makes set up easy and accurate (no need to hook up to PC/Lap top etc)A great product and great value.

This little camera is great. I immediately plugged in a 32GB micro SD card and usually took this on my dashboard to record drives. (This thing comes with a mess of mounts and clip) It was also not only intended for use at work to catch those who should be caught but also our stupid customers who deserve to show their true colors on youtube. (And insurance for me for the lying hissyfitters.) This thing can be set to record when it hears audio. I wish it were motion sensor instead. Maybe next time. This thing is only like a double sized Zippo lighter in size and has an awesome color screen on the back to display what you're recording or looking at. You can also use it for playback on the unit.We had recently hired a caretaker for my dad with Alzheimer's and I had a funny feeling about the new caretaker. I set the thing to record with audio sensor start recording and set the camera in the back of the room. Because this cam is HD AND has like a 160 degree view or something like that I was able to record watching the caretaker in up to almost 2/3rds + of the house. I caught her scoping out rooms she had no business in, and worse, ignoring my dad who she was being paid to care for. I watched her watch TV and talk on the phone for 3 days and fired her. BINGO! This recorder paid for itself hundreds of times over instead of us getting grief and regrets from a no good worker. I can just imagine something bad happening from a non caring caretaker. Thank you Veho.This thing is small and easy to disguise. Just cover the tiny red light in the front with a square millimeter of electrical tape and you've got a cheap surveillance system. I should have rated this 4 because they missed motion sensor but this thing is a magnificent miniature HD camera. Even when I recorded 1080 it took a long time to fill the 32GB card.This thing may also be great for sports but I messed up when I took it whitewater rafting so we never got to use it for that, although it did get to come along for the ride. The waterproof housing is waterproof and very sturdy, by the way. If you want a small, easy to disguise, HD, super wide angle camera, with remote control, that carries a very decent charge this is what you're looking for. The pictures from this motion and still camera are very clear and of excellent quality. I love this camera for its simplicity, tiny size, remote control, and excellent quality product both picture and build. What's even cooler is if you get the right micro HDMI > HDMI cable and you can play direct from the Veho to any HDTV. This also an excellent bargain for what you are getting. The recording video plays back in excellent HD on a large screen HDTV. I played it on a 60" and saw so much detail that I was really impressed something this small recorded such a beautiful video.

There are a lot of crazy drivers out there and I was thinking of getting a dash cam. Recently, the timing couldn't have been better when a company called Taotronics and sent me a sample of their TT-CD04 Dashcam for review. I love it and posted a 5 star review. That could have been the end of my dash cam buying saga, had it not been for the fact that a certain family member (won't mention who) protested vehmently about the long chord stretching down from my rear view mirror to my 12 volt power outlet. The TT-CD04, while rechargeable, did not last long enough to be practical unplugged.So I ended researching dash cams with long battery life, thanks to the advice of another Amazon reviewer, I wound up with the Veho Muvi HD.Wow! With a 4-hour battery life (confirmed by many reviewers), plus the versatility of being a wearable exteme sports action cam (like a GoPro), I was excited to buy this, along with a 32 gb Sandisk micro sd and a set of attachment appliances that would enable me to secure it to my windshild.Well, the other day, I gave it a trial run on a 2-hour round trip. Here are my impressions, including setup:► A ton of attachments with zero diagrams and instructions. But, still pretty intuitive and super customizable. I was about to figure out just the right combo to secure it to suction it to my windshield.► Easy setup the camera's functionality, i.e resolution, time date stamp etc.► Battery life. With my two hour test it, appeared that I had plenty of juice to spare. Plus, there'a the option of plugging it in and running, if needed.► Video quality. I easily copied the *.mov files to my laptop and everything was there in it's high definition glory. No compaints there. I can read license plates of cars in front me. Nice.► Remote control. This is very handy in that, while driving I can start or stop recording without reaching up to the camera itself and having to press a button.Wishlist. Not perfect, but nothing worth of subtracting a star.► Needs American date format for time/date stamp► Provide diagram to save time piecing together the attachmentsAll-in-all a great value with the versatility of being able to use it as a dash cam or a camera you wear while rock climbing!Plus, it's really cool to be using the same cam that many in law enforcement use.
