Repair Care International DRY SEAL® Replacement Putty is a 290ml brown silicone-based sealant designed as a permanent, elastic, and paintable alternative to traditional linseed oil putty. It cures in approximately 2 hours at 20ºC, providing a durable, shrink-proof seal ideal for wooden and steel glazing frames, nail and screw hole filling, and both internal and external applications.

It's NOT linseed putty!!!
I really liked the fact that it WASN'T linseed putty, and I painted over it the same day that it went in place.Pretty forgiving stuff (you can sand it down or trim it with a blade) and it sticks well as long as you've primed your rebate. Cleans off tools and hands with a wipe and and excess on window or frame is easily removed. I reglazed 6 panes and re-sealed 10 more with 5 tubes. They do it in white too!

Good product but not the easiest to apply
Contractor stated this was a difficult product to work with but on the plus side it dries quickly and will probably perform better than linseed putty
