Not relaxing
Not sure why it's called relaxing. Gives head ache to me. Cheap IKEA bulbs are better than this

Great relaxing led lightbulb
The 40-watt GE Relax LED bulb is an excellent choice for those seeking a soft, warm light to create a cozy and inviting atmosphere in their home. Offering a comfortable 2700K color temperature, this bulb provides a gentle, natural light that's perfect for living rooms, bedrooms, and other areas where relaxation is key. In terms of energy efficiency, the GE Relax LED bulb impresses. It consumes just 6 watts of energy but still delivers the equivalent brightness of a 40-watt incandescent bulb, helping you save on energy bills without sacrificing illumination. The bulb is long-lasting as well, rated to last up to 22.8 years, making it a great investment for reducing both costs and waste over time. The quality of light emitted is stable, and the bulb doesn’t flicker, providing consistent performance. It's also dimmable, giving you control over the lighting level, which can be a nice touch for setting the mood. While the GE Relax LED bulb doesn’t have the brightness of higher wattage bulbs, its balance of efficiency, longevity, and warm, pleasant light makes it a fantastic option for lower-light needs. Its simplicity and reliable performance make it a go-to for many home lighting setups. Overall, the 40-watt GE Relax LED bulb delivers great value for those in need of a gentle, energy-efficient light source. It’s well-suited for everyday use in creating a relaxed, comfortable environment.

Damaged box but lights are good.
Lights work great BUT the packaging my goodness. Damaged as can be! Make some better packaging please so it doesn’t damage the bulbs!

Nice soft light, updated design, better? We'll see.
I really like the GE Relax light bulbs because they have a soft, natural light, like the old incandescent bulbs. This new box with a skirt around the base is more like other LED bulbs; however, the light quality seems to be the same as the older ones, which were incredibly variable in their reliability. I always tested them for a period of time before placing them in a hard to reach light fixture. Life span was also highly variable. I'll find out if these are any better.
