Tritan is a BPA free unbreakable plastic. Acrylic is a BPA free breakable plastic.

My dispenser apparently got water in the insulated section when I washed it. Now it has droplets throughout inside. How do you get rid that?

I haven't had that problem. I would recommend contacting the manufacturer. Maybe they have an answer or may replace it for you.

Do they sale replacement parts?

Not sure but do not use any citrus in it as it etches and looks horrible.
