Are these pads washable, like the omron oems?

I just bought 10 pair of domas and they aren't as reusable. Maybe three sticks. I'll try rubbing alcohol and report back.

My unit is HV-F013Z. It works great on mine. I do not know about the hv-f128. Sorry I can't be of more help, but for the price I would try them.

What size snaps are these? My Omron requires 2.5mm.

I’m sorry, I can’t find any information regarding the actual snap size. I looked on the box and through the manual, but it doesn’t state the snap size. The DOMAS pads are compatible with the OMRON I have, and they are very sticky and work really well!

Will these work with Omron PM400 ?

We use them on the PM3032 and they work the same as he name brand. Don’t know about your model.
