What are the ingredients?

I dont know, but ive been using this shampoo year. My hair feels great. one thing to know is if you have ligth or colored hair it makes it darker. other than that its perfect for my curly hair.

Does this shampoo help to prevent hair loss and regrowth?

Yes. My daughter was under a heavy steroid treatment and caused hair loss. With this shampoo and conditioner I was able to help her reduce the hair loss and stimulated the new hair growth.
