Delighted!
A wonderful product. Delicious milk in seconds and easy to clean afterwards. Just not sure why I ended up with a two pin plug?

A Great Product - Just Note The Plug Issue!
The first thing to mention is this product comes with a 3-pin plug and no adaptor to use in the UK. The seller needs to ensure people are aware of this pre- purchase, because there are few things more irritating than the arrival of a new purchase you can't use. I had to drive to Maplin to pick up an appropriate adaptor. The delivery was also slower than expected. That aside, the product is excellent. We've used it to make almond milk, which it does with ease in seconds producing a wonderfully creamy milk packed with nutritional goodness.

no refund?
This Soyabella kept cutting my electric off due to the steam getting in the connections with the lid, I sent it back, followed the instruction dropping it off at Rymans as it is a collection point for DHL, at least 4 weeks later and nothing, I emailed them through Amazon and nothing. Now what?

Fabulous Gadget - makes great plant-milks
I already own a heavy-duty soya milk maker which is similar to this one here, I wanted the Soyabella specifically to speed up plant milk making. For many years I have used a Vitamix blender to whizz up the nuts or grains to make milks, these would be put through a nut milk bag in the old days and latterly the excellent Chufamix tube sieve with a plunger, but still, I wanted something quicker & easier to clean up, and so began the search which brought me to this Soyabella. It is made by Tribest, of which I have another gadget which is used several times a week and has never let me down in the past 7 years. I have to say I am delighted with this gadget; it is so quick and easy to produce absolutely excellent nut and grain milks and the clean-up is fast. I am a Home Economist who specialised in cooking and nutrition, Cordon Bleu trained and have a professional plant-based chef qualification, but I have also appraised many kitchen gadgets over my nearly 50 years of experience in this field, so I do feel I am qualified to give my comments on this great plant-milk maker. The nuts or grains are contained in the sieve goblet in which the blade head is located and locked on, so the slurry from grinding is contained in the sieve basked, producing ready strained delicious milk. As an example here is my almond milk recipe: the little measuring cup (which comes with the Soyabella) holds 75 gms. of dry almonds, which I soak overnight, I also soak 2 – 3 Medjool dates. The next day I pop the soaked nuts and dates plus 1 T vanilla extract and 1.5 T of sunflower lecithin powder (this helps discourage separation on standing) into the Soybean sieve (which is the finer of the two that you get with the Soyabella) and attach to the head. You press the “MILL” button several times, I find 5 – 6 grinds/mills ensure everything is ground very finely. Lift out the grinder head and gorgeous milk is left behind in the jug. It did take a bit of trial & error to attach the stainless-steel sieve basket to the grinder head, so I practised this with it empty until I understood how the mechanism worked and had no trouble seating the two after this. There is a heating element in this for when you make other things like soup or soya milk, but I only use this heating element to sterilise the unit about once per week after several uses. I chose white for the clean look and the fact I am making white milks. I did not buy this on Amazon, but from the seller UKjuicers who are selling it here, I have over the years found this to be an excellent company and their customer service is second to none. The item arrived the next day with me here in Scotland. Loving this gadget & recommending it for value for money, ease of use, results, aesthetics and design.

The best way to make soya milk
Ok, I do not have vegan dietary needs, so I have never wanted/needed to regularly make up large batches of soy or other nut/grain milks for daily consumption. I just like to vary my fluid refreshments for whatever I fancy each day, whether its water, soda, juice etc, I decide when I am thirsty. I like the flavours of soy, rice or nut milks and to make these the traditional way took a lot of time and was messy. Thats why I bought the Soyabella as soon as I heard about it. There are other soy milk machines but the Soyabella was the best machine I had seen on the market. It seems the safest machine to use, the blade is enclosed inside a mesh grinder that captures almost all the ground up soy beans but at the same time allows the beans to infuse their flavour into the water while the grinding is in action. The machine is modelled like a kettle so its easy to store in a corner or a cupboard while not being used. Its a simple design making it easy for cleaning after use. The lid part is the part with the motor mechanism for the grinding blade in, so is a little on the weighty side, but once you have removed the mesh cage and emptied the ground beans, every part is easy to clean. Although the name implies it, the Soyabella is not just limited to making soy milk. All types of nut or grain milks can be made and you also have the choice to make raw or cooked nut milks. There is a small booklet that gives you basic recipes to try out for soy milk. Just one thing worth mentioning. Be wary if you have always made rice milk the traditional cooked method, I attempted this in the Soyabella and although it gave a very tasty and creamy textured rice milk, it really did make a mess of the mesh grinding cage and I had to leave the cage to soak for a few hours before I could attempt to clean the rice that had clogged all the mesh up. Since then I have had no problems making raw rice milk, in fact it tastes even nicer. Its such a simple machine to use. One of my favourite milks is raw rice and walnut milk with a pinch of paprika and a spoon of sugar. I wont go on about what I enjoy making to drink, the fact is, the Soyabella is a good kitchen gadget to own. as well as making vegan milks, you can also use it to make delicious home made soups and broths, and some rice desserts. The only downside that I have found is, I do recommend that you use a fine sieve or a cheese cloth to pour the milk through when you drain the soyabella kettle, as the grinding mesh does not stop the very fine ground grains from milk making, and these can irritate your throat if not removed before drinking the milk. But apart from that minor problem, this really is the best soy milk maker to have.

unable to use in UK with lead supplied
Very disappointed, as product has received very positive reviews, no indication on product description that it would not be supplied with a UK plug, unable to use with plug supplied. Will be returning product if unable to purchase alternative lead.

It makes many different kinds of vegetable milk and also cooks warm preparations like oat flake. Very easy to use and incredibly rapid. The customer service of the producer is also extremely helpful. I have already recommended the product to friends

Ottima!!!

This was my second attempt at buying a nut milk maker. This is superior with great instructions, a warranty and number to call with any issues. Easy to use and makes soy milk perfectly. Very happy with this product.
