They never even put a cutting edge on it. It literally has no edge grind whatsoever. I own almost 200 knives and I’ve got to say, this is a first. This is my first honey badger and it’s exactly what I was hoping for but it’s getting a 1 star review because it’s a knife and it has no edge. EDIT: Changed to 3 stars because the company truly seems to care and offered an exchange but I’ve already put a nice edge on it and it’s just simply not worth my time to send it back to them. I’ll definitely be ordering a couple more sizes and blade shapes but because of the hassle it’s still only getting a 3 star review. Side note, edges of the handle are pretty sharp and the top of the clip is as well creating quite a few hotspots. So I took everything apart and smoothed everything out. Cool knife with great shapes, ergos and blade to handle ratio.

If you like small lightweight knives, this is a good one. I probably would have been happier with the medium but I like lighter smaller knives to carry in my scrubs. The D2 steel is nice quality and holds an edge as expected. I have a civivi baby banter that I love but lately I have been reaching for this little guy more often. Smooth opening action and positive lock out and closing detent. Would love to have more in different xolors.

I got the small D2 drop point. I love the knife. I wont knock a star, but i did prefer to do a little cleanup on it when it arrived. The lever lock was a little tough to disengage the blade to fold. I sanded it down and gave it a little polish and its easy peasy to fold up. While i had it disassembled I noticed all the lube areas were dirty. Not a huge deal "Most new knives come this way". I cleaned it up and applied fresh clean lube. Put the badge back together and this thing is amazing! Opens smoothly and quietly. Feels like butter! I'd buy it again or even for a give for a friend that loves pocket folders. LOVE IT
