Used for caviar. If your have a Kitchenaid mixer, you can get an attachment that shaves ice. The shaved ice makes much more contact with the martini top portion of the glasses. You can also use these for coctails or Jager.

These look amazing and kept everything cold.

This item came crushed and broken..,had to order 3x to get normal set and buy spoons separately as every single one came broken. In the end I bought dpooons separately and finally got one set. It’s exactly what I wanted for caviar and martinis. Thin glass could be thicker but looks great if you can get a non-broken one.
