used after seeing American YouTuber recommend but sadly I believe UK market version is very different to USA which is where it’s actually from. This is based off of results and packaging. I did see a slight improvement in my fish health but I do believe multiple boxes of these would be required to completely solve a mild fish aillment. so you are better off using other medicines. Does come conveniently packaged in sachets with clear instructions and doesn’t affect water quality or clarity. The sachets make it very easy to use but I have to say value for money and effectiveness is mediocre. Sad as I am a hugr fan of the API brand, but this is not the product for me.

Great for pet rats
Even though this product is meant for fish, we use this for our pet rats and works great with respitory issues. No odor, comes in packets. Does NOT include directions for rats, consult your vet for that. It is healthy if directions are followed. Good value for money. Size is perfect for what is needed. Is a powder.

Fantastic product! Highly recommend.
I had a badly injured fish that was almost dead. A brick had fallen on his head. I isolated him in a hospital tank with salt, heater, air stones and this product. After 3 weeks he was healed. He’s back in his pond now and doing great. I highly recommend this!
