Works as described
30 seconds in microwave are good for me and it holds heat for about 10 minutes comfortably and it does give feeling of humidity to the eyes. I just put it between a folded piece of tissue from kitchen roll and place over the eyes without its washable cover, while lying down, and discard the tissue after every use for hygiene. I cut out the strap because it is useless, the heat pack is too heavy to use in any other way except when lying on your back. I am sure the seller could make this cheaper than current price of around 2250, and it would sell so much better in that case. It took me almost a week to make up my mind to buy this. Around 1500 I would not have had to think so much.

Worth the money
I was skeptical about it paying such a price but when I used it the relief it gave me for dry eyes is unmatchable and invaluable. Where all the remedies fail this worked in a dry weather of Canada where I live it is the only resort for my eyes. I have the gel pad too but warming it quickly is not easy everyday and everywhere. I use it every night without fail. Thank you Amazon and the makers of this

This is waste of money
This product is a scam. After couple of heatings, the silica gels are popping out. The stitches are melting. And this in non returnable product amazon does not help. When contacted to customer service, first couple of days theys said they are giving refund but no action taken at all and then third time they said the previous customer service executive were at fault as they gave false promise and amazon cannot do anything on this. Pathetic from Amazon side as well. Don't recommend to buy this
