Great idea didn't work out for me!

Decent belts, you do have a many to choose from, but there are a lot of the same size and thickness, they work for a lot of different repairs, however a few variations of different size and thickness would have been better, unless you're going to use a lot of the same size belts. They're also not really heavy duty, most for like cassette or micro-cassette repairs, or smaller VHS components, not going to work well on record players and motors that use a lot of torque.

To buy the exact size I needed was difficult. So I took the shotgun approach and bought this big bag of assorted sizes. It had the exact ones I needed. I don’t know how long they will last but they worked perfectly.

Never know when these will come in handy.

Just what I needed to restore my Radio Shack portable cassette recorder to operation. I found all three belts that I needed in this assortment. Fast forward and rewind will not operate correctly in this tape recorder if the FF and RW belt does not have tension in it; the player uses this tension to engage the common drive sprocket for these operational modes. The belts seem to be of good quality and have adequate stretch.

I only needed 2 belts but this package was less than half of buying just the 2 belt and they work great.
