Reference R-620F Floorstanding Speaker, Black Textured Wood Grain Vinyl, Pair

25 years ago I bought Klipsch Synergy 5.1 speakers and a Denon. When my daughter got married and moved in with her husband, I gave them my old system just to have a reason to finally upgrade. The 620 is a great speaker with a wide listening area. The highs are crisp and if I wasn’t a Bass Guitar player the lows might make me question the need for a sub. Music sounds like a concert in my living room. Watching movies is on par with my local theater, except I can pause for snacks. The build quality is amazing, the magnetic speaker covers are sleek, if you’re feeling loud the copper woofer and copper accents will spark conversation. The feet are plastic but seem sturdy and well designed. My system r620 up front r610 for rears, rp640d wall mount center and 1 r120 sub. I’ve had klipsch for 25 years and I expect this may be the last pair I buy.

These Speakers are great. Nice clear mid and highs and thumping bass. Klipsch which are known for years as a go-to brand for exceptional quality speakers and sound have stayed true to their reputation. The R-620F's are a great pair for my 2.1 system in the den and the look and feel are great. As others have mentioned you have to be careful with the screws that attached the feet to the wood base. A little info from 50+ years of woodworking. When you come across putting screws into wood, you just take a bar of soap or liquid hand soap and dap some on the screw threads and it will lubricate the screws going into the wood and make it easier to tighten and cause less stress on the wood. As the heading stated. The pair of R-620F's Sound Great and are a great price for speakers that can compete sound wise with ones costing over $1k each! Each speaker came in its own box with Serial number and had three Styrofoam supports on top, middle and bottom. The Middle support on both the speakers was near the bottom so if the Mfg. listens to this they should just tape the middle foam support so it cannot drop to the bottom during transport. Cabinets and speakers arrived in mint condition and shipped out quickly by Adorama. AAA+ Transaction!

Solid. Tight mids and crisp highs. Bass is not muddy.

I'm not overwhelmed with the quality, the build is fine, look is good, but the sound quality isn't exactly stunning. I'm not saying they are bad speakers, but I was expecting a little better for the price. They came in two very large boxes... and these are heavy speakers. (might need a friend to help) Unboxing was strait forward but there are two little feet that go on the bottom of the speakers, I wasn't sure which way to put them and it took some looking, figuring, and trying one way and another to figure it out. There are holes that line up with little pegs on the feet... so you really can't get it wrong but they didn't really show that well in the instructions.

Great price and fantastic sound. I am very glad I purchased these speakers. They were delivered quickly and were easy to connect.

What a great quality tower speaker. I've had the same Kenwood's since 1994 and I can't believe I waited this long to get good quality speakers from Klipsch. These have a high sensitivity that really makes these on another level. Great purchase.

Great quality with wonderful sound. Well worth the cost!

This was a pair of 6.5 speakers on the Amazon site, however I only received 1 speaker, but the speaker sounds great. Definitely buying it again, customer service has rectified my 1 speaker problem.
