Why did you pick this product vs others?: I bought 4 of these cases. 2 of them broke when I dropped my phone. Phone is ok, no damage. Case broke - did its job in shielding my phone. Definitely will continue with these cases. Also, I like that they are not slippery (silicone finish) and thin so the phone does not become bulky like with other cases I tried

Basic, simple case. I actually bought this because the front portion of the Samsung case I bought cracked apart taking it out of my pocket. Seems it was pretty flimsy. I wanted something cheap to replace the front portion of the case. This case actually snapped onto the front of the Fold WAY better than the Samsung one. I had to install additional double sided tape with the Samsung case. This case came with a portion of double sided tape--didn't even need it. When the Fold 5 comes out I think I'm just gonna go with this brand.

I really like the case for the price it is nice and snug on the phone without using the adhesives it has. The only caveats is when you try to use a screen protector with the case it becomes a problem. With tempered glass the case will not clip anymore on like normal like without a screen protector. It's as if it's too thick and the top right and bottom left will lift up when you press the top half of case on. But if you use a plastic screen protector to can cut it down so that won't happen since it's a very tight fit.

The "back" protector stays attached to the phone very well, but the "front" one (which has the cutout for the screen" does not really stick to the phone. It has some grip and doesn't just fall off easily, but if you drop it on the corners near the hinger it's likely to pop right off the phone. Was roller skating and playing pokemon go (yes I do make bad decision) and lost my balance, landed with the phone in my hand on the corner and it was about as protecting as using a wet napkin. Fortunately for me it was not a hard fall and the front screen was not damaged, but I would not recommend this case for an "active" lifestyle. Other minor complaint would be that I ordered a glass screen protector to have double protection but they interfere with each other so I had to remove the glass protector before using the case. The screen cutout is too small (covers a few pixels on the hinge side of the screen) and the case sits flush against the screen, this meant that it was pushing at the corners of the protector and also caused it to not sit flat. The back cover cutout for the lenses is large enough to accommodate the lens protector that I ordered, however.

Exactly what I was looking for! Have gone thru several cases now, including a pricey Samsung branded one. The front case is hard to keep on any case b/c its very thin.. allowing you to use the phone screen when closed. They always break on me. Hopefully this one won't! It's soft silicone so it should work better than the stiff plastic ones. Also will hope it protects when dropped. I don't know yet. Very happy with the purple color too!

After having my new Z-Fold4 slip out of my pocket, thankfully onto carpet, I knew I needed something to make it less slippery. The back of this case has just the right amount of "gumminess" to hold the phone in place, whether in a pocket or on a tabletop. The front is plastic with somewhat less gumminess than the back but still less slippery than the phone itself. There is no way the front could be made from the same silicone as the back, the very thin bezels wouldn't have the rigidity to also retain straightness. It may not be my last Z-Fold4 case but, for now, it's working great at amazing price!

I have been through two Samsung cases, both of which fell apart after a few months. Another case that I bought kept falling off the phone. This case seems to fit well and to stay on, while being not too bulky and being fairly protective. A disadvantage over the Samsung cases is that there is no protection for the outer part of the hinge. Two advantages are a much lower cost and less bulk.
