Does this work on all inks or only jacquards?

I never used puff additives with Jacquards. If it's water based it shouldn't be a problem.

Do you add this to the ink?

Yes it’s an plastisol ink additive

Yes, you mix the additive into your ink. I don't know if you are using water based inks. The more additive you add to your ink will produce a more pronounced effect. With a heat gun a few passes over the print will render the disired effect. I hope this helps you. Print on!
